How your entry point is evaluated
Your entry point is evaluated on the basis of three primary factors:
1. Years of work experience.
2. Years of experience in sustainability
3. Your Technical Evaluation.

Your first interview will give you a good indication on where you should apply. Applying to the wrong position can lead to really challenging evaluations that typically reduce the odds at joining the team.
