To achieve these objectives, we work on developing plans, strategies and follow-up implementation, and then evaluating the achievements and results according to the technical and administrative performance indicators adopted, in addition to measuring the opinion of partners and stakeholders. We have an environment conducive to excellence, creativity and innovation, through which we seek to activate the possibilities and adoption of modern systems to achieve outstanding results that ensure our global leadership. We adopt a flexible strategy that is directly linked to the Dubai Plan 2021, and is fast and efficient in responding to government strategic changes and trends; a key success factor in strategic planning and management. These plans and strategies and their follow-up contribute to achieving economic, social and environmental sustainability, keeping abreast of global developments and smart technologies to develop business mechanisms that enrich the experience of customers and provide seven-star service,” said Al Tayer.
